Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Provider to join our team.
As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of children in our care.

Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate cognitive, social, and physical development
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress and daily activities
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the childcare facility
- Administer basic first aid when necessary
- Manage behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in daycare, nannying, or babysitting preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
- Strong communication skills to interact with both children and parents effectively
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in early childhood education is a plus
