*Job Responsibilities*
- Welcome all guests with a smile and provide excellent customer service
- Check in customers for play sessions, sell memberships, obtain waivers from customers
and/or check our system for existing waivers and add any necessary customer notes
- Use a point of sale system to record all sales and balance the cash drawer with receipts
at the end of shift
- Keep things stocked, nice, and tidy throughout the indoor playground
- Sanitize equipment in play area, empty trash cans, clean bathrooms, sweep playroom
floors
- Get to know our brand and feel comfortable marketing all products/services to
customers
- Help setup and breakdown room for all events and birthday parties
- Assist Event/Marketing Coordinator for event organization and execution
- Plan and execute weekly guided play activities- Other duties as assigned
*Abilities and Skills*
- Customer service experience
- Willingness and ability to learn quickly
- Speak with customers in person, over the phone, and via email
- Stand for long periods of time without sitting
- Carry out proper cleaning and sanitization tasks
- Proficiency to operate a point-of-sale system, emails, scheduling program.
- Lift / carry 10lbs or less constantly; lift / carry 11-20lbs frequently; lift / carry 21-50lbs

- Must have reliable transportation

Experience:
* Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
* Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
* Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)
