I have a 3 year old female cat running around here.
She's declawed and a little skittish but will warm up to you, not try to end you.
Unfortunately she doesn't get along with energetic dogs due to a bad experience as a kitten.
You'll have access to a washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove and refrigerator.
About myself, 41 year old male in the pest control industry.
I don't drink or use drugs, I tend to keep to myself for the most part so you may forget that I'm there.
I'm real easy to get along with and pretty boring once you get to know me.
About your room, a good sized closet and a private balcony.
If you like, it comes furnished with a queen bed, nightstand, dresser and a TV, but these things can all be removed.
About the building, it's a quiet multifamily building with off-street parking.
The residents are friendly and everyone pretty much keeps to themselves but they don't put up with parties or disturbances, so no parties or drama.
About you, student or employed full time, I don't care about your age, race, religion or orientation.
Just your ability to pay bills on time.
I just ask for common decency, consideration and respect.
