Job Description:
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus f or External Candidates
Part-Time 7p - 7a
T he RN is responsible for managing and providing nursing care for the patient populations on the unit.
This includes the immediate, short-term nursing care needs of patients as well as, planning for long-term needs.
The KY Nurse Practice Act and established Hardin policies, procedures and standards of practice, determine the nurse’s scope of practice.
REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of school of nursing with current unrestricted Kentucky license required, or higher.
One-year clinical experience as Registered Nurse required.
Ability to work well under stress and possess effective communication skills is required.
BLS preferred upon hire, required within 90 days of hire.
PALS preferred upon hire, required within one year of hire.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous ambulatory care, med/surg and telemetry experience preferred.
