```Duties```
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
- Conduct assessments and develop care plans for patients
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare management and disease prevention
- Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic medical records
- Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and protocols
```Qualifications```
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [Location]
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum of [X] years of nursing experience in a medical office or hospital setting
