\*\*Qualifications:\*\* 1.
Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field from an accredited institution.
2.
Current state licensure or certification as a Mental Health Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Psychologist.
3.
Specialized training and experience in substance abuse counseling, addiction treatment, and co-occurring disorders.
4.
Strong clinical skills in conducting assessments, formulating diagnoses, and implementing evidence-based interventions.
5.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and crisis intervention skills.
6.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and engage clients from diverse cultural backgrounds with sensitivity and respect.
7.
Proficiency in electronic health record systems and Microsoft Office suite.
8.

3.
