, are searching for a Quality Manager within our Home Furniture team to help support our furniture, flooring & textile business.

As a Quality Manager you will have the opportunity to learn and find solutions to new challenges daily.

The team you will be working with is close knit and professional.
So, what will you be doing as a Quality Manager?
• Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities related to product, process, and the system
• Maintain database and document files for administration of LP9000 Document and Data Control
• Responsible for internal quality audits and for the corrective and preventive action program
• Specify quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers
• Record, analyze and distribute statistical data
• Participate in development and coordination of new products and product changes
• Perform analysis for the purpose of benchmarking prior to action, conforming results
• Facilitate and maintain continuous improvement records and activities
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
• Strong numerical and technical skills and an understanding of statistics
• Must demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Must demonstrate confidence and be able to speak effectively before groups of customers/employees of organizations
• Organizational and planning skills
• 3 years of quality management experience
• Manufacturing/industrial related experience
