3 Years Team Leader of previous manufacturing work experience in equivalent position
Over 70% process experience and working knowledge
Ability to manage section with special knowledge (daily management)
Respond to abnormal situations & solve problems understanding QCD
Basic knowledge of TPS
Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills
Excellent Problem Solving/Decision Making Skills
Excellent attendance
Ability to prioritize workload and balance multiple tasks
Overtime as needed
KEY JOB DUTIES
Off Shift
Follow company rules and policies
Communicate to other departments to achieve the target/goal (Hoshin) performing PDCA & problem-solving method
Daily monitoring of attendance, approval/disapproval of PPL, EV, etc, and planning or reacting to absenteeism
Train Team Leaders, Lead Operators and Team Members
Lead Kaizen activities
Countermeasure activities
Kanban calculations
Prepare and Conduct Beginning Shift Meetings
Salary Range: $60,000+ (Depending on experience)
