The Project Manager Assistant will support the Project Manager in all aspects of project planning, coordination, and execution.
This includes organizing and tracking project timelines, budgets, and resources, as well as ensuring effective communication and collaboration between team members.
The Project Manager Assistant will also be responsible for maintaining project documentation, identifying and mitigating risks, and providing regular status updates to the Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
* Support the Project Manager in all aspects of project planning, coordination, and execution.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
* Coordinate project activities and tasks with team members and stakeholders.
* Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between team members and stakeholders.
* Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and escalate to the Project Manager as needed.
* Prepare project documentation and reports, including status updates and progress reports.
* Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards.
* Maintain project files, documentation, and data in an organized and accessible manner.
* Assist in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and other materials as needed.
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related role.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and other project management software.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
* Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Certified Associate in Project Management Professional (CAPM)/ or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
* Experience in Agile project management methodologies.
* Familiarity with project management tools.
* Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Knowledge of project budgeting and financial management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.
