Program Manager (SOOP)

The PM shall be the TO manager and the contractor’s lead for this contract.
The PM shall be responsible for planning and delivering contracted services according to the TO.
The scope of this TO includes a select range of IT services for specific activities within HRC.
The IT services encompass all activities necessary to provide secure enterprise-wide systems maintenance, management, enhancement, software development and systems integration services for software and hardware.
HRC requires the contractors to assist in the goal of meeting the vision of the Army G6 of a secure, standard based environment.
The contractor shall provide data and system/application support IAW the HRC Software Development Life Cycle for systems identified in the Accessions Systems and Application Laydown.
Position Responsibilities: Responsible for Task Order Management Responsible for Task Order Deliverables and Reporting Maintaining Contract Project Management Plan Position Minimum Qualifications: The PM possess the following qualifications: Minimum 10 years’ experience managing complex IT projects / operations / systems / applications of a nature similar in size and scope as referenced under this TO.
Experience in managing projects within environments similar to the HRC environment.
Experience managing and supervising employees of various labor categories and skills in projects similar in size and scope as referenced under this TO.
Ability to implement innovative approaches to fulfilling requirements to improve services or cut cost using current technologies.
Demonstrated oral and written communication skills required and expected for this position of responsibility.
