WHAT TO EXPECT

Located in our Elizabethtown, KY plant, you will be a Production Supervisor.
3rd Shift
Supervision of 30 operators, maintenance, and support staff
Key responsibilities (to name a few):
Maintain compliance with environmental, safety, and governmental regulations
Effectively communicate with Operations Manager and other members of the management team
Coordinate daily activities between work groups: Operations, Maintenance, Management, Materials, Quality, etc.
Evaluate and make decisions on daily production and maintenance activities
ABOUT YOU
Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment, both individually and in a team setting
Willing to take initiative and is self-motivated
Must be able to interact with various levels of the organization, building credibility and trust
Ability to create alignment for employees to understand the strategy and how their contribution furthers organizational success
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organization skills and high attention to detail
Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Oracle a plus
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
