Job Summary
Elizabethtown Community & Technical College is seeking a Director of Program Facilitation for the Advanced Manufacturing Accelerator Project (AMAP), at ECTC.
AMAP will focus on changing perceptions of advanced manufacturing, implementing interactive recruitment activities, and engaging middle and high school partners to increase enrollment and credentials.
Job Duties:
The Program Director will be based at the ECTC Elizabethtown campus and oversee a staff of three full-time positions and several part-time positions, to meet the grant goals, objectives, and outcomes over a seven-county service area (Breckinridge, Grayson, Larue, Marion, Meade, Nelson, and Washington).
This position is funded by a Department of Education (DOE) grant through September 2027.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Facilitates the development and implementation of all aspects of the grant.
• Administers and manages the budget in accordance and compliance with the DOE regulations.
• Hires, supervises, trains, and evaluates all project personnel.
• Collects data, evaluates, and completes reports promptly as required by DOE.
• Participates in relevant conferences, workshops, and professional networks.
• Evaluate and ensure project goals, objectives, and outcomes are met every month.
• Work closely with recruitment and dual credit departments to coordinate outreach activities.
• Build relationships with partners, including school districts, employers, and community organizations to ensure the long-term sustainability of the program.
Minimum Qualifications:
Position Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4 years of experience, or equivalent (Master’s and two years of experience).
A driver’s license is required to lead outreach events in the community.
Due to the nature of working with community partners, participation in evening/weekend events may be required.
