Food Service Supervisor

Kellwell Food Management, a Correctional Food Service Provider is now hiring a Cook / Supervisor at the *Hardin County Jail* located in *Elizabethtown, KY*.
This is a Full-Time position with benefits.
We have weekly pay and the starting rate for this position is $16.
00 an hour.
We are looking for a food service supervisor to oversee inmates in preparing the meals for the day.
Your job duties will include, but not limited to: * ensuring recipes are followed.
* ensuring correct ingredients/amounts are used.
* following food safety standards We supervise and work with non-violent inmates.
Working in a correctional facility, we require candidates to pass background checks.
Experience is bulk cooking facilities is preferred, but not required.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.
