JOB SUMMARY
The Practice Manager is responsible for supporting day to day clinic operations at any location in which TJ Regional Health operates.
This includes ensuring efficient and effective clinic flow, providing support to all staff within the clinic, and addressing any patient concerns.
The Practice Manager will work in collaboration with all Employed Provider Service leadership to ensure assigned clinics are meeting KPIs.
The Practice Manager will be responsible for all clinical and/or patient access staff within the clinic and act as a liaison to providers within the clinic.
Requirements: JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum Education Associates degree in business or clinical field.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum Work Experience Minimum of 5 years experience in ambulatory setting with 3-5 years of experience in management required.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required.
Required Skills Excellent interpersonal communication, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills Possession of analytical decision-making skills necessary to quickly assess and resolve complex logistical, technical, and patient care problems and issues Ability to train, motivate, and supervise subordinate staff High emotional intelligence as evidenced by ability to evaluate/perceive a situation from multiple lenses and understand various perspectives in coming to problem resolution.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Responsible for supporting day to day clinic operations Prepares accurate and timely analyses that capture and communicate business results, variances, and performance trends.
Assumes responsibility for the direction and management of assigned clinical facilities to ensure organizational goals and objectives are met Develops and implements strategies to promote interdisciplinary team building Responsible for recruitment, hiring, training, development, and dismissal of assigned facility staff Responsible for building and maintaining a unified, high performing interdisciplinary team Develop staffing models in conjunction with specialty and patient care needs; working with the Director of Clinical Nursing and Director of Clinic Patient Access for needed staffing concerns Attends and leads regularly scheduled team and staff meetings Performs other related duties as assigned ORGANIZATIONAL EXPECTATIONS T.
