*HR Director Job Qualifications:*
* Minimum of associate degree preferred.
* Human resource/payroll experience required.
* Prior health eare experience preferred.
* Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
*HR Director Job Functions:*
* Process and maintain all personnel records.
* Develop, implement, and maintain an adequate personnel filing system.
* Arrange for meetings, conferences, seminars, and general schedule for the Administrator and others as directed.
* Calculate payroll (timecards) and distribute payroll checks.
* Maintain current file and listing of residents, emergency phone numbers of on-call personnel, key personnel, etc.
* Maintain attendance records, warning notices, counseling, and other disciplinary action of employees.
* Assist with new employee orientation.
* Supervise, train, and/or assist department heads and others to learn use of computer and data processing policies and procedures.
* Enroll employees in all benefit programs offered by the facility.
