If so look no further, we are hiring an Assistant Store Manager at out Chick-fil-A Express located in Campbellsville, KY.
This store is not an owner operated store it is a licensee and you would be employed by Pioneer College Caterers.
We prefer an individual that already has experience working at Chick-fil-A, or managing other chains.
Job Description:
* Assist the manager
* Lead when on duty
* Train new employees and continually check that everyone is abiding by Chick-fil-A standards
* Maintaining the standards of Chick-fil-A
* In charge of everyone (including team leaders) when on duty by themselves.
* Make sure that everything is being done correctly
* Closing store: Responsible for all aspects of closing:
* Trash, Dishes, Breading Table inside and upper
* Fryers : Making sure that all fryers are clean, filters cleaned, pumped back up at night and all valves in right positions.
* Stocking all: front counter, drink counter, condiments, salad station condiments,
* Icedream, Shake Base, coaters, fries, etc
* Making sure all areas are clean before letting employees leave.
* Register drawers and nightly paperwork
* Inventory when asked
* Ordering when asked
* Reporting any mishaps or issues to the manager
\* Free meal while on shift\*
Starting Pay: $14.
00+ an hour, based on experience.
