Job Summary:
The In-Home Caregiver is responsible for providing personal assistance and support services to elderly and/or disabled clients living in their own homes.
The In-Home Caregiver will give clients assistance with activities of daily living, communication, mental and emotional support, transportation, homemaking, safety, and rehabilitative services.
Compensation & Benefits:
The In-Home Caregiver will be compensated with a market-competitive salary of $14 - $17 per hour, based upon experience.
Employees are paid semi-monthly.

Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
• Accompany clients on errands and special outings such as doctor’s appointments
• Prepare and serve meals per instructions and dietary restrictions
• Shop for groceries, household items, and medical necessities
• Provide light housekeeping, such as dusting, vacuuming, and washing dishes
• Monitor client’s physical and mental condition and provide updates to the supervising health professional
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
• Perform administrative tasks related to client care
Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
• Must pass a background check and drug test
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Previous experience as a caregiver, nurse, or home health aide is preferred but not required
